I was presented with the exciting opportunity to completely develop a concept at an abandoned gas station. After careful consideration of the area's potential and the local demographic, I decided to transform it into a vibrant food truck park.

I oversaw every aspect of the project, from building out the space and collaborating on the design to handling PR and marketing. I meticulously selected the food trucks and coffee shop to ensure a diverse and appealing mix of offerings. Additionally, I managed the space, creating a welcoming and dynamic environment for the community to enjoy. This project not only revitalized a neglected area but also provided a unique culinary destination that quickly became a local favorite.
